11. Executive Session – Review Executive Session minutes, personnel, attorney applications:  The meeting of July 12, 2011 was continued to July 15, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.  Supervisor Kupar reconvened Executive Session at 1:20 p.m. with Trustees Boissonnas and Murphy, and Assessor Rottmann present.  Trustee VanZandt arrived after Executive Session began.

12. New Business Continued –

     e. Review and Act Upon Executive Session Minutes:  G. VanZandt moved the Executive Session minutes of June 14, 2011 and June 24, 2011 be approved.  E. Murphy seconded the motion.  In a roll call vote Supervisor Kupar and Trustees Boissonnas, Murphy, and VanZandt voted aye.  Trustee Stutesman was absent.  The motion passed.

     f. Review and Act Upon Selection of Township Attorney:  E. Murphy moved the Board enlist the services of the law firm of Ottosen, Britz, Kelly, Cooper, Gilbert, & Dinolfo, Ltd. as Campton Township attorneys on an as needed basis.  The motion was seconded by G. VanZandt.  In a roll call vote Supervisor Kupar and Trustees Murphy and VanZandt voted aye.  Trustee Boissonnas voted no.  Trustee Stutesman was absent.  The motion passed. 

13. Adjournment:  C. Boissonnas moved the Board adjourn the meeting.  G. VanZandt seconded the motion.  In a voice vote Supervisor Kupar and Trustees Boissonnas, Murphy and VanZandt voted aye.  Trustee Stutesman was absent.  The motion passed and the meeting adjourned at 2:55 p.m.
